Overview -  NetOp Remote Control for Windows

NetOp Remote Control 7.65 is the latest version of our remote control software. It’s designed specifically to meet the needs of corporate business, and is packed with numerous features to help IT professionals get the most out of remote control technology. NetOp is typically used for network management, system administration and in helpdesk environments.
 

Based on an incredibly stable, fast and user-friendly remote control system, this program offers unrivalled flexibility, supporting all commonly used operating systems and communication protocols. And NetOp Remote Control’s intuitive interface and variable settings mean you can literally mold the system to support the way you do business. What’s more, NetOp Remote Control offers the most comprehensive security regime on the market.

The NetOp Remote Control 7.65 Guest modules offer full functionality for Windows Server 2003, XP, 2000, Terminal Services, NT 4.0, ME, 98, 95, and remote control functionality for Windows CE, Linux, Solaris, Symbian OS and ActiveX (e.g. in Internet Explorer). The NetOp Remote Control 7.65 Host module offers full functionality for Windows Server 2003, XP, 2000, Terminal Services, NT 4.0, ME, 98 and 95, remote control and file transfer functionality for Linux, Solaris, Mac OS X and Windows CE. Support for other operating systems is available in other NetOp products.

Modules available:

Guest: Allows a PC to remote control any computer running the Host module.

Host: Allows a PC to be remote controlled by any computer running the Guest module.

Gateway: A special Host module which acts as a routing mechanism for NetOp traffic.

Name Server: A special Host module which can register NetOp names and resolve them into IP addresses.

Security Server: A special Host module which can centralize security authentication and logging.
